If you’ve walked along Palm Beach recently, you may have noticed something new shining along Aruba’s shoreline. At Divi Aruba Phoenix Beach Resort, we’ve completed a full-property refresh — and we’re excited to welcome guests back to a revitalized beachfront experience for 2026.
For decades, our resort has been a favorite for travelers looking for spacious accommodations, direct beach access, and an unbeatable location on Palm Beach. Now, after an extensive renovation, we’re proud to introduce a refreshed Phoenix that blends modern comfort with the relaxed island atmosphere our guests return for year after year.
A Fresh Look Across the Resort
Our renovation began in September 2023 with a clear goal: enhance comfort, modernize our spaces, and elevate the overall guest experience while keeping the character that makes Divi Aruba Phoenix feel like home.
The transformation included updates throughout the original 14-floor Tower and villas, as well as the Beach Towers. In our Tower accommodations, bathrooms were completely redesigned with modern finishes and more open, comfortable layouts. Kitchens were fully upgraded with new cabinetry, updated backsplashes, and modern appliances — including dishwashers — making longer stays in Aruba even easier and more enjoyable.
New flooring now extends throughout interiors and onto balconies, paired with updated lighting, refreshed furniture packages, and island-inspired artwork. Guests will also enjoy upgraded in-room technology, including 65-inch Smart TVs, along with refreshed HVAC systems designed to enhance comfort and air quality throughout your stay.
Refreshed Beach Towers, Same Incredible Views
Our Beach Towers also received thoughtful updates focused on both style and functionality. Guest rooms now feature fresh paint, updated kitchen cabinetry, new lighting, upgraded appliances, and new mattresses for a more restful experience. Balcony furniture and artwork were refreshed as well, creating bright, welcoming spaces that reflect the beauty of our beachfront setting.
One of our guests’ favorite features — our balconies overlooking Palm Beach — now includes new flooring and sleek glass railings, offering unobstructed views of Aruba’s turquoise waters and unforgettable sunsets.
Dining by the Ocean, Reimagined
Dining experiences across the resort have also evolved as part of our refresh. The Wave Shack, introduced in 2024, brings casual poolside and oceanfront dining to life with fresh pizzas, burgers, sandwiches, and beach-friendly favorites perfect for a relaxed day in the sun.
We’ve also updated seating and furnishings at purebeach and pureocean Restaurant, creating more comfortable spaces to enjoy our latest menu offerings. At pureocean, a modern atmosphere with lounge seating and vibrant lighting sets the tone for relaxed evenings and social dining by the sea.
Inspired by Aruba, Designed for Today
Beyond the interiors, the exterior of Divi Aruba Phoenix Beach Resort received a striking update with a sophisticated coastal color palette designed to complement Aruba’s blue skies and turquoise water. The result is a look that feels both modern and timeless — perfectly at home on Palm Beach.
