BarTapas Paloma
Glassware: Rocks glass 🍸
Ingredients:
1½ oz tequila Añejo
1½ oz lime juice
1½ oz hibiscus syrup
1 oz grapefruit soda (plus more for topping)
Garnish: Dehydrated citrus
Make it:
Shake tequila, lime juice, hibiscus syrup, and grapefruit soda.
Strain into rocks glass.
Top with extra grapefruit soda.
Garnish.
Pairs best with: Pollo & Arroz a la Valenciana
Aruba Old Fashioned

Glassware: Rocks glass 🥃
Ingredients:
2 oz bourbon
1 oz simple syrup
6 dashes bitters
Juice of 1 lime wedge
Garnish: Dehydrated citrus (smoke optional)
Make it:
Stir bourbon, simple syrup, bitters, and lime juice.
Strain over a large ice cube.
Garnish; add smoke if desired.
Pairs best with: Pinchos Carne (Grilled Beef)
Terrence’s Espresso Martini

Glassware: Martini glass 🍸
Ingredients:
1 oz vanilla vodka or gin
1 oz white crème de cacao
1 oz coffee liqueur
1 shot espresso
Garnish: Cinnamon + 3 coffee beans
Make it:
Shake all ingredients for 12 seconds.
Strain into martini glass.
Garnish.
Pairs best with: Grand Dessert
Pisco Sour

Glassware: Rocks glass 🥃
Ingredients:
2 oz pisco
¾ oz lime juice
¾ oz simple syrup
3 dashes bitters
1 egg white
Garnish: Dehydrated citrus
Make it:
Dry shake all ingredients for foam.
Add ice and shake again.
Strain into rocks glass and garnish.
Pairs best with: Gambas al Ajillo
Pornstar Martini

Glassware: Martini glass 🍸
Ingredients:
1½ oz vanilla vodka or gin
1½ oz Passoã liqueur
1 oz passion fruit juice
½ oz lime juice
1 egg white
Garnish: Dehydrated citrus
Make it:
Dry shake all ingredients for foam.
Add ice and shake again.
Strain into martini glass and garnish.
Pairs best with: Bacalao a la Brava
